Holiday Sale Orders Can Be Picked Up At The Following:

Self Pickup (Free) — Present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase at pickup.

Winter Pickup Location: Jenkinson's South Arcade, 500 Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Open daily at 11:00am.

For off season arcade hours please go to jenkinsons.com/arcades/

Spring/Summer Pickup: Once the Ride Park opens for the season, pickup is available at either the South Arcade or the Amusement Park Guest Relations Booth (next to Bumper Cars).

Return Policy

Please contact customerservice@jenkinsons.com for any order inquiries regarding returns within 30 days of purchase. 

All Boardwalk Bounce Cards, admission packages, vouchers, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For sized based exchanges on apparel please contact customerservice@jenkinsons.com or call 732-295-4334 within 30 days of purchase. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be intact to be eligible for a return/exchange.
